Customized Order


    * How to place customized order?

     Place your order using customized product links and leave us message or attach a photo with your desired message/image. Proceed to payment and we will get back to you shortly after with the mock up design.


    * Can I have a look at the mock up design?

     Sure! Customers are required to give us a confirmation after mock up designs received. However, if we not able to get any response from customer after mock up sent in more than 7 days, our product manager will help to choose/decide which design to use on behave of customer.


    * What if I am not satisfied with the mock up design?

     You may let us know how you want to modify the design and we will try our best to meet your requirement.


    * How long it takes to complete a customized order?

     The lead-time mainly depends on how fast customer can response on our mock up design. Normally we need 2 working days to prepare the mock up design. After confirmation received from the buyer, we need another 3-4 days to produce the product.





   * What payment mode is available?

     Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. However, for Singapore customers, we can accept payment through Bank Transfer. Please contact us for Bank account detail.


   * For customized order, can I see the mock up design first before making payment?

     All orders will only be proceed after full payment received.





   * What modes of delivery are available for international orders?

  • Normal Airmail by Singapore Post Office: It usually takes 4-14 working days from Singapore to most of the overseas countries. Please note that normal airmail service does NOT provide tracking number.
  • Registered Airmail by Singapore Post Office: these services provide a tracking number so that customers are able to keep track order status from local post office. It usually takes 4-14 working days from Singapore to most of the overseas countries. (MOST RECOMMENDATED)
  • Express courier: For urgent deliveries, we can help to arrange express courier like DHL. It usually takes 1-3 working days for international shipping. Please contact BEFORE placing order if you wish to use this method. We will help to figure out the fee and make a special payment link for you. The fee for courier service usually starts from USD$60 onwards.


   * What if I don’t receive my order within the given estimated time frame?

     Singapore Post Office gives the estimated time frame under normal circumstance. However, It may takes longer if packages random check by custom. It may also take longer delivery time under severe weather condition and year-end holiday season.


     For orders using Registered Airmail Service, it can be tracked from Singapore Post Website or your local website. For example, US customer can track your order from USPS website using the tracking number provided.


   * Can I send the order as gift directly to my friend?

     Of course you can. Just simply put your desired contact person, contact number and address in the SHIPPING ADDRESS and we will ship your order directly to your friend. If you want us to leave a small note inside the order, drop us a message and we will arrange for you.



Return and Refund


    * Can I cancel my order?

     We do not accept order cancellation because all of our products are made to order. Order will be process as soon as possible once payment received.


    * Product I receive has quality problem or I received the wrong item?

     Please contact us and appreciate if you could provide us a photo of the product that you received. We will try our very best to fix the problem and make it right for you.





   * Do you provide wholesale discount/ bulk order discount?

     Yes we do. Please contact us for further detail.


   * Can I request to write a message with the order?

     Yes you can. If you are sending this as a gift and sending directly to your special someone, we can assist to write a little sweet message and put in the order.


   * Can I request to combine shipment for both orders from Mappendant and Myresinjewelry?

     We are sorry that our system does not support this function. However, if you have any special inquiry, please contact our customer service and we will try our best to assist you.
